Quick Quote OnlineMoss was sliding off our tenement roof into the gutters every winter. They cleared the lot, took the gutters back to clean metal and treated the slates. First dry close in years.
Lead flashing round the chimney on our slate roof had lifted and the bedroom ceiling was marking. Surveyed it, priced it in writing, redressed the lead properly. No drama, no upsell.
Flat roof on the kitchen extension started dripping during a downpour. They came out in the rain, patched it and stopped the water, then came back and put EPDM over the whole thing.
New guttering and fascias the full length of the house. Old timber was rotten behind the boards, which they showed me before touching it. Tidy job and the price did not move.
Chimney stack was shedding mortar onto the pavement. Repointed, new flaunching, cowls on both pots, lead tray at the base. Explained every step and left the close spotless.
Two slipped slates and a cracked ridge after the January storms. Fixed the same week, matched the slate, and the written quote came before anyone went up a ladder.
