  • Moss was sliding off our tenement roof into the gutters every winter. They cleared the lot, took the gutters back to clean metal and treated the slates. First dry close in years.

  • Lead flashing round the chimney on our slate roof had lifted and the bedroom ceiling was marking. Surveyed it, priced it in writing, redressed the lead properly. No drama, no upsell.

    Craig B., Bearsden Google

  • Flat roof on the kitchen extension started dripping during a downpour. They came out in the rain, patched it and stopped the water, then came back and put EPDM over the whole thing.

    Margaret K., Shawlands Google

  • New guttering and fascias the full length of the house. Old timber was rotten behind the boards, which they showed me before touching it. Tidy job and the price did not move.

    Tom R., Bishopbriggs Google

  • Chimney stack was shedding mortar onto the pavement. Repointed, new flaunching, cowls on both pots, lead tray at the base. Explained every step and left the close spotless.

    Aileen D., Partick Google

  • Two slipped slates and a cracked ridge after the January storms. Fixed the same week, matched the slate, and the written quote came before anyone went up a ladder.

    Stuart G., Rutherglen Google

How to use this page

Match the symptom to the job.We will confirm it on the roof.

A wet patch is usually a repair, moss and blocked gutters are usually a clean and a roofline job, and a roof that has failed slate by slate for years is a re-roof. Each service below says what the job covers and what it does not, so you can pick the nearest one. The method is the same on every one, and the same across the areas we cover, from the city centre to the towns twenty minutes out.

If two of them fit, pick either. The survey is what decides the job, not the page you arrived on, and the survey-first, price-in-writing method is how we work on all nine. Not sure at all? Send the postcode and a photo if you have one through the contact page and we will tell you which job it is.

The nine services

Each one starts with the symptom.Pick the line that sounds like your roof.

  1. Guttering & Fascias

Gutters overflowing down the wall? Fix the whole roofline, not one bracket.

Fascias and gutters, together. Fascia, soffit and gutter fixed as one run.

    See Gutter & Fascia Repairs
  2. Flashing and Lead Work

Damp on the chimney breast? The lead has lifted. We redress it.

Stripped, dressed, sealed. Chimneys, valleys and abutments checked first.

    See Lead Flashing Work
  3. Flat Roofing and EPDM Repair

Flat roof ponding and dripping in a downpour? Repair it, or lay EPDM.

Surveyed, then priced. Deck, seams and edges checked before pricing.

    See EPDM Flat Roof Repair
  4. Roof Repairs

Wet patch back after every downpour? Find the fault, fix it once.

Survey first. Then the price. The whole roof looked at, not just the drip.

    See Roof Repairs In Glasgow
  5. Pitched Roofing

Slates slipping every winter? Repaired or renewed, matched to the street.

Matched to the street. Slate matched to slate, tile to tile.

    See Slate & Tile Re-Roofing
  6. Roofing Contractor

Patching the same roof every winter? One contractor, one re-roof, one price.

Strip to ridge, one price. Timbers surveyed before the price.

    See Roofing Contractor Work
  7. Roof Moss Removal

Moss clogging the gutters every winter? Lifted off by hand, then treated.

Lifted by hand. Treated after. Lifted by hand so the slates stay put.

    See Roof Moss Removal
  8. Chimney Work and Repair

Damp on the chimney breast? Fix the stack, not the plaster.

Repoint, reflaunch, relead. The stack surveyed from the roof, not the pavement.

    See Chimney Repairs
  9. Emergency Roofing

Water coming through the ceiling right now? Made safe first. Repair priced after.

Stop the water. Then the repair. Loose slates and debris made safe.

    See Emergency Roofing
